Application Process

Finding the right school “fit” is such an important part of helping your child find happiness and success. We welcome qualified students of all backgrounds (race, color, religion, gender, or national origin). We believe that this process should be easy and enriching as we partner with you! Your journey to find the best school for your child and family can start with these easy steps:

List of 7 items.

  • Step 1: Visit Our Campus

The best way to learn about All Saints is to tour our beautiful 150-acre campus! This step is encouraged, but not essential to completing the admissions process.

Our Admissions Events are designed to familiarize you with the school while giving you the opportunity to experience All Saints first-hand. We hope you will join us for one of the upcoming events or schedule a personal tour.  Click here to learn more and to RSVP online.

Tours - We offer group and private tours every week from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Please contact the admissions office at 903.579.6001 or to schedule your time. After hours and weekend tours available on request.

  • Step 2: Apply Online

Create an online account by clicking here to apply (this includes a $50 non-refundable application fee to be paid online). Your work can be saved in progress and you will also be able to keep up with the admissions checklist online.
We are currently accepting applications on a rolling basis, which means that applications can be submitted at any time until all spots have been filled for the upcoming school year. Please keep in mind that space becomes limited by Spring so it is best to apply early. To ensure there is availability in your child's grade, contact the admissions office.
  • Step 3: Student Visit Day

A student's visit day is a fun part of the admissions process. Prospective students will have the opportunity to "shadow" a student in their current grade level and experience first-hand the excitement and engagement of a school day at All Saints. The Office of Admissions will contact you to arrange your child’s visit. Times vary based on the age of the applicant.
  • Step 4: Admissions Assessment / Testing

Admissions assessments are specific to each grade level. The grades listed below are for the applicant’s entering year:

Preschool - 2nd grade:  The admissions assessment occurs in conjunction with the Admissions Family Conference, which is a time with the applicant, at least one parent, and the Division Head of Early Learning (Preschool - Kindergarten) or Lower School (1st-2nd Grade).

3rd - 12th Grade: Testing can be scheduled the morning of the student's "shadow day" or on a separate day in the Admissions Office.
  • Step 5: Submit Student Records and Documents

The following forms are required: Documents can be uploaded online on your myALLSAINTS account.

    1. A copy of the applicant's birth certificate and up to date immunization record.

    2. Current grades and school records are required for 1st grade - 12th Grade applicants.

    3. Teacher recommendation forms are submitted online through your myALLSAINTS account.
  • Step 6: Interview

Preschool - 2nd grade:  Applicants and at least one parent will attend an Admissions Family Conference, which is a time with our Division Head of Early Learning (Preschool - Kindergarten) or Lower School (1st-2nd Grade).

3rd - 12th Grade: Applicants and at least one parent will attend an Admissions Interview with the appropriate division head.
  • Step 7: Enrollment
