Application Process

Finding the right school “fit” is such an important part of helping your child find happiness and success. We welcome qualified students of all backgrounds (race, color, religion, gender, or national origin). We believe that this process should be easy and enriching as we partner with you! Your journey to find the best school for your child and family can start with these easy steps:

  • Step 1: Visit Our Campus

    The best way to learn about All Saints is to tour our beautiful 150-acre campus! This step is encouraged, but not essential to completing the admissions process.

    Our Admissions Events are designed to familiarize you with the school while giving you the opportunity to experience All Saints first-hand. We hope you will join us for one of the upcoming events or schedule a personal tour.  Click here to learn more and to RSVP online. 

    Walk-in Wednesdays - Drop in for a tour any Wednesday at 10 a.m.  No RSVP required ~ tours begin in Rogers Hall.  At this time, drop in tours are on hold until further notice. 

    Tours - We are currently offering virtual tours and private tours after hours and on the weekends. Please contact the admissions office at 903.579.6000 or for more information.

  • Step 2: Apply Online

    Create an online account by clicking here to apply (this includes a $50 non-refundable application fee to be paid online). Your work can be saved in progress and you will also be able to keep up with the admissions checklist online. 
    December 1: Recommended application deadline for all grade levels to be considered for first round admissions decisions. 

    February 7:
    New student enrollment begins 

    After February 7: Rolling admissions in all grade levels based on space available.
  • Step 3: Student Visit Day

    A student's visit day is a fun part of the admissions process. Prospective students will have the opportunity to "shadow" a student in their current grade level and experience first-hand the excitement and engagement of a school day at All Saints. The Office of Admissions will contact you to arrange your child’s visit. Times vary based on the age of the applicant.  At this time, visit days are on hold until further notice. 
  • Step 4: Admissions Assessment / Testing

    Admissions assessments are specific to each grade level. The grades listed below are for the applicant’s entering year:

    Preschool - 2nd grade:  The admissions assessment occurs in conjunction with the Admissions Family Conference, which is a time with the applicant, at least one parent, and the Division Head of Early Learning (Preschool - Kindergarten) or Lower School (1st-2nd Grade).

    3rd - 12th Grade: Testing can be scheduled the morning of the student's "shadow day" or on a separate day in the Admissions Office.  Pre-registration is required with ISEE 24 hours prior to visit (we will send you an email invite). Cost is $20.
  • Step 5: Submit Student Records and Documents

    The following forms are required: Documents can be uploaded online on your myALLSAINTS account.

    1. A copy of the applicant's birth certificate and up to date immunization record.

    2. Current grades and school records are required for 1st grade - 12th Grade applicants.

    3. Teacher recommendation forms are submitted online through your myALLSAINTS account. 
  • Step 6: Interview

    Preschool - 2nd grade:  Applicants and at least one parent will attend an Admissions Family Conference, which is a time with our Division Head of Early Learning (Preschool - Kindergarten) or Lower School (1st-2nd Grade). 

    3rd - 12th Grade: Applicants and at least one parent will attend an Admissions Interview with the appropriate division head.  
  • Step 7: Enrollment

    Our Admissions Committee reviews all completed applicant files and will contact you regarding the admissions decision. 

    When a child is offered enrollment, a non-refundable enrollment deposit of $400 is required along with the enrollment contract to secure the spot.
