Application Process

All Saints Episcopal School admits qualified students of any race, color, religion, gender, or national origin. The primary goal of the admission process is to match a student’s educational needs with the academic opportunities available at All Saints.

  • Step 1: Visit Our Campus

    The best way to learn about All Saints is to visit our beautiful campus during the school day.  Call the Office of Admissions at 903.579.6001 to schedule a tour or RSVP to an admissions event.  This step is encouraged, but not essential to completing the admissions process.
  • Step 2: Apply Online

    Click here to apply online (this includes a $50 non-refundable application fee).  We accept applications as early as the applicant’s birth.
  • Step 3: Submit Additional Documents and Forms

    Submit the following forms to the Office of Admissions by email (, fax (903.579.6002), or mail:
    1. Current immunization records
    2. Sign and submit a request for student records form to the applicant's current school (applicant grades 2nd – 12th)
    3. Teacher recommendation forms are to be given to the applicant’s current teacher.  This form must come to All Saints directly from the teacher(s). 3K – 5th grade applicants:  one teacher recommendation required. 6th – 12th grade applicants: two teacher recommendations required.
  • Step 4: Schedule an Evaluation and Visit

    The Office of Admissions will contact the applicant’s family to schedule an admissions evaluation and visit. 
    • 3K - 1st grade applicants will attend a group playdate during the school day in January and February
    • 2nd - 4th grade applicants will spend a full day at school for their evaluation and visit
    • 5th - 12th grade applicants will be evaluated on a Saturday and visit for a full day of school
  • Step 5: Notification of Decision

    The Admissions Committee reviews all applications.  In order to be considered for first round decisions, an applicant’s file must be complete by February 15.  Admissions decisions will be communicated by March 15.  All remaining applicants will be considered as spots become available.
  • Step 6: Enrollment Contract

    An enrollment contract will be issued upon a favorable recommendation from the Admissions Committee.  This contract, accompanied by a $250 non-refundable enrollment fee, must be returned to the school within two weeks from the date of acceptance.  No enrollment is official until the signed contract and enrollment fees are received by the school.
