Back to School Swim Party has been rained out today...see you all at the Back to School Fair tomorrow from 1-4!

• If you wish to make a change to your child's schedule, please email or call the middle school office. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the start of school. Note: if a class is full, we will be unable to fulfill your request.

•Locker listings will be posted by the afternoon of MONDAY August 18th in the Genecov hall. Students may move in during the Back to School Fair and meet teachers.

• What to buy before school starts?

BOOKS: Please use your course request sheet or student schedule sheet to order your books. Go to the Online Bookstore at the ASES homepage. Remember to order your workbooks. Remember to click on MATH to order math books. Due to multi-grade math classes this book will be located under the MATH section at Classbooks.com as opposed to the Grade Level division.

UNIFORMS: Swap Shop Hours: MONDAY August 18th 2-6pm will be open for uniform DROP OFFS ONLY. No sales, please.
 WEDNESDAY August 20th 1-3pm (during Back To School Fair) will be open for uniform SALES and DROP OFFS in the Student Center.

Parker Uniforms will be on campus for ordering, light shopping, and exchanges in the Auditorium during the information fair. ALL GIRL CHAPEL Blouses must be PARKER brand this year! ALL Polos MUST be PARKER! ALL Plaid MUST be PARKER.

PLEASE note the posted DRESS CODE changes for 08-09

BACKPACKS: Any backpack or book bag is acceptable. Backpacks or other bags MUST be kept in bottom lockers this school year. No backpacks in classrooms or hallway floors!

NO SUPPLY PURCHASE: School Supplies have been purchased by the school and are in your child's locker. This will be included in your Student Fee which is billed to you by the Business Office.

•Parents interested in helping with 8th grade fundraising for the Washington, DC trip '09, please contact the 08-09 PA MS VP Julie Greene or Middle school office.
