What
is the PA?
The Parent Association focuses its resources on activities
and events that specifically support the academic and spiritual
pillars of All Saints Episcopal School. There are no dues
and every parent and/or guardian of a student enrolled at
All Saints is automatically a member of the PA. All you need
to do is let us know in what areas of our work you are most
interested.
How do I volunteer?
Print a copy of the current volunteer form, fill it out and
turn it in at Rogers Hall or any division office or you may
email your contact information and interests to us at allsaintspa@all-saints.org
Who is in charge of what?
The organization’s current board of officers and chairs
are pictured above and their contact information is located
on the Leadership Team page.
Where do you get operating money?
The PA has only ONE fundraiser. Currently the organization
partners to sell Sally
Foster gifts and wrapping paper each September. Additionally,
Parent Association volunteers work in the concession stands
at various athletic events for a share of the net profits
from those events.
How is that money spent?
Each year, the PA coordinates with division heads to plan
and execute a variety of school wide and division specific
events and activities. Perhaps the largest of these is the
Annual Back to School Fair which brings all the uniform and
spirit merchandise vendors, the Uniform Swap Shop, lower school
student club sign ups, adopt-a-trojan t-shirt and yearbook
orders, together in the same place as the Saints Care sign
up, school nurse, security and other campus entities for the
convenience of busy families when they come to “Meet
the Teacher” the day before school starts.
Other events and activities hosted by
or supported with PA volunteers include the school wide email
communications tree, a network of Homeroom and Grade Level
Reps from pre-K to 12th grade, Teacher Appreciation Lunches,
Lower School’s Annual Super Spirit Celebration and Spring
Field Day, Grand Friends Day Refreshments and Guides, holiday
campus decorations, box tops for education collection as well
as support for a number of middle and upper school student
led events too numerous to mention here. And, when there is
a surplus of funds in the spring, the PA has purchased or
contributed to the purchase of a broad array of items on the
Headmaster’s Wish List.
