Application Process
Finding the right school “fit” is such an important part of helping your child find happiness and success. We welcome qualified students of all backgrounds (race, color, religion, gender, or national origin). We believe that this process should be easy and enriching as we partner with you! Your journey to find the best school for your child and family can start with these easy steps:

List of 7 items.

  • Step 1: Visit Our Campus

The best way to learn about All Saints is to tour our beautiful 150-acre campus! This step is encouraged, but not essential to completing the admissions process.

We offer group and private tours every week from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Please contact the admissions office at 903.579.6001 or admissions@all-saints.org to schedule your time. After hours and weekend tours available on request.

Admissions Events are designed to familiarize you with the school while giving you the opportunity to experience All Saints first-hand. We hope you will join us for any upcoming events or schedule a personal tour.
  • Step 2: Apply Online

Create an online account by clicking here to apply (this includes a $50 non-refundable application fee to be paid online). Your work can be saved in progress and you will also be able to keep up with the admissions checklist online.

We are currently accepting applications on a rolling basis, which means that applications can be submitted at any time until all spots have been filled for the upcoming school year. Please keep in mind that space becomes limited by Spring, so it is best to apply early. To ensure there is availability in your child's grade, contact the admissions office.
  • Step 3: Submit Student Records and Documents

We will be requesting records from your child's current school i.e. accommodation plans, disciplinary records (if any). The following documents can be uploaded online on your myALLSAINTS account.

    1. A copy of the applicant's birth certificate and up to date immunization record.

    2. Current grades are required for 1st grade-12th Grade applicants.

    3. If applicable, most recent standardized testing (i.e. STAAR, benchmarks, etc.)

    4. Recommendation forms are submitted online through your myALLSAINTS account. Two must be teacher recommendations and one is a character recommendation (i.e. pastor, coach, family friend.) If your child is currently not in a program, please let us know.
  • Step 4: Student Visit Day

A student's visit day is a fun part of the admissions process. Prospective students will have the opportunity to "Shadow" a student in their current grade level and experience first-hand the excitement and engagement of a school day at All Saints. The Office of Admissions will contact you to arrange your child’s visit. Times vary based on the age of the applicant.
  • Step 5: Admissions Assessment / Testing

Admissions assessments are specific to each grade level. The grades listed below are for the applicant’s entering year:

Preschool-Kindergarten: The admissions assessment occurs during their "Playdate" or "Shadow Day."  This is an informal, play-based assessment completed by one of our amazing Early Learning Teachers.

1st-12th Grade: Testing can be scheduled on the student's  "Shadow Day" or on a separate day in the Admissions Office.
  • Step 6: Interview

Preschool-Kindergarten: At least one parent will attend an Admissions Parent Conference, which is a time for you to meet with Jill Smith, Head of Early Learning.

1st Grade-12th Grade: Applicants and at least one parent will attend an Admissions Interview with the appropriate division head:
  • Step 7: Enrollment

Completed applicant files will be reviewed by the Admissions  Committee and a decision will be communicated by Vivian Medina, Director of Admissions.
If accepted, your family will be offered an enrollment contract for the upcoming school year and an enrollment fee of $250 is required to secure the spot. Please note that if your child is accepted, but a spot is not available at the time, you will be placed on a waitlist.
