BA in Political Science from the University of Houston and
law degree from South Texas College of Law. Year began at All Saints:
1999
What you enjoy most about: Teaching at All Saints: Working as a team with
the other teachers to support and encourage each other and
our students to be the best we can be.
Teaching your subject: History is the story of
mankind. It's a fascinating story, more adventurous and
exciting than any tale we can imagine. Each one of us is
a part of history and each one of us are makers of history.
Teaching the age group: The students are curious
about so many things. I learn from them every day.
Goals for students:
I want my students to realize that in this age of the internet
and e-mail, the pople of the world are our neighbors. What
they do affects us and what we do affects them. I want my
students to appreciate how important it is to understand
other nations, peoples and cultures and the key to that
understanding is history.
