Biography
College:
BA from LSU and M. Div. from The School of Theology at The University
of the South
Year you started as an All Saints Employee:
I was here from 1998-2001 as a teacher and coach and returned
in 2007 to be the Chaplain.
Information about your family:
I have been married to my wife Mary Sue since 1994 and
we have two daughters: Emily who was born in 2000 and Katie who
was born in 2002.
What you enjoy most about being the Chaplain at All Saints:
I enjoy the opportunity to be a pastor and a teacher to this community;
the students, the faculty and staff, and the families associated
with the school. Having the opportunity to interact with every student
through the weekly chapel services is very important to me and gives
me a relationship with every student. I also love the classes I
teach not only because I get to interact more personally with the
students, but because it gives me a chance to continue to learn
as we share our experiences of how God has been active in our lives.
What goals do you have for your students:
I hope for them to be continually striving to be the person
that God has called them to be.
Outside Interests:
I love to do just about anything outdoors. I like to play
the guitar and wish I played better and the same can be said of
golf—I like it but wish I was better at it.
