Majored in Elementary Education, earned a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies

Toy Fox Terrier named Riley.
My sister is Jennifer Furr the MS & US choir teacher.

What you enjoy most about:
Teaching at All Saints - I love the atmosphere at All Saints. Everyone is so friendly and truly care about each other. I like that I am encouraged to make learning as much fun as possible.

Teaching the subject - I enjoy teaching math and science. With both subjects you have the opportunity to explore and try new ways of doing things. IN Math we get to play to learn and in Science we are allowed to get messy to learn.

Teaching the age group – I enjoy working with the younger students because they are so eager to learn. They are like little sponges that just soak up everything. It is so wonderful to see their eyes light up when they have learned something new.

Goals for students:
I want my students to become life long learners, who develop a thirst for knowledge and a hunger to never stop trying.

Outside Interest:
reading, going to the movies, traveling, and anything involving animals
