| What
is the Annual Fund?
The Annual Fund is our major fundraiser for the school each
year. Tuition covers about 80% of the cost to educate each
child. We rely on your generosity to fund the remaining 20%.
That 20% has allowed All Saints to provide our students with
the best educational experience in East Texas.
What is this year's Annual Fund goal
and how was it determined?
The goal for the Annual Fund this year is $315,000.
We need your participation to make it happen. We believe the
goal is realistic because it is still less than half of the
national average level of Annual Fund giving for a school
our size. We also believe it is necessary to increase Annual
Fund giving in order to minimize tuition increases.
What are the Annual Fund dollars used
for?
Annual Fund dollars help us pay for faculty salaries, athletic
programs, fine arts programs, the libraries and so much more.
The Annual Fund supports the operating budget, illustrated
by the following pie chart.

If you want more detail regarding expenditures,
Art Burke, Headmaster, is available to share that information
with you.
What is an appropriate amount to give?
Blue & White Society ($1 - $499)
Trojan Society ($500 - $999)
Spirit Society ($1,000 - $2,499)
Honor Society ($2,500 - $4,999)
Dean Society ($5,000 +)
Whether you give at the Blue
& White Society level, the Dean Society level or somewhere
in between, your gift should be an amount within your ability
to give. There is no gift too large or too small. Please consider
a gift at the level you are comfortable making, and take a
moment to complete and return a donor card. Participation
is what counts!
100% participation from our community will not only encourage
our faculty and staff, but also enable us to approach foundations
and other donors more successfully.
