Traditions is pleased to offer parents the opportunity
to use your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card to prepay your students'
school meal account via Café Prepay.
Café Prepay is fast and easy to use. Parents
must first sign up at the Café Prepay website address. From
then on, when a credit card payment is made, parents receive confirmation
via email. For this reason, a valid email address is required. The
school recives notification of the payment by fax and/or email each
day. Allow one business working day for payment posting. A 6% fee
is charged for expenses.
Instructions:
- Log onto www.CafePrepay.com
- Click on new user tab
- Create an account
- Select a login name
- An email is then sent automatically to the parent
with a randomly selected password. You can change your password
after logging in for the first time.
- You can now go into the new account and add children
to the program.
- To make a payment, simply click on the "make
a payment" button, slect an amount, enter your credit card
information, review the purchase and then hit the "process
payment" button.
- NO payments will be processed until this
"process payment" button is pressed.
- You will see a "Thank You" screen with
the transaction information on it. That is the confirmation of
payment.
- An email is immediately sent to both the parent
and to Traditions.
- The following morning, all payments are faxed to
the school at 7:00 a.m. eastern time.
- Allow 24 hours for the payment to be posted.
