Various Number Systems, Equivalent Fractions, Euclid's Game, Binary
Color Device, Merlin's Magic Squares (modular arithmetic, boolean and
linear algebra)and there are almost 300 more! Not a pretty site; but
this is math. Background and overview of some of the games can be found

Graphs

Create a Graph
http://nces.ed.gov/nceskids/graphing/

The National Center for Education Statistics created this online tool so
that anyone can make an  area, bar, pie or line graph and print it out
or download the image to a computer or disk. Older students can benefit
from the link that shows how graphs can be used in probability. Younger
students will quickly learn the difference between the left X and Y axis
when they need to create their own line graphs.

How many celebrations are there in your math class? Each year on March
14th many classrooms break from their usual routines to observe the
festivities of "Pi [] Day" because the digits in this date correspond
with the first three digits of (3.14). Activities may include
investigations of the value of by approximating the ratio of the
circumference to the diameter of a circle. Some teachers choose to end
their Pi Day celebration by eating pie!

In Search of the Missing ...e
http://www.ngsc.k12.in.us/tickit/in_search_of_the_missing.htm

Just goes to show you that a regular teacher can create interesting
web-based content! This site is based on the standard webquest formula
which includes an Introduction, Task, Process, Resources, Evaluation,
and Conclusion. The premise: 'Captain Anti-Math' has stolen the number
'e' from your hometown. Many local businesses cannot FUNCTION (as in
mathematical function). Using Resources provided, students must design
an 'e' problem/solution related to their chosen business. Each problem
should be a mathematical function or formula utilizing the number 'e'.
The solution steps must be clearly mathematically documented. The
findings should be presented using a professional looking visual aid
(poster, graph, model, etc).

SprocketWorks
http://www.sprocketworks.com/
"An interactive place for kids (and adults) to learn the way that they choose to learn." Too much fun! This site uses shockwave files to let you tour the night sky, play logic games, and learn how to groom a horse. Plan on spending some time on this site trying out the different areas. Covers music, economics, science, art, and geography. This is one of those websites where you can't help but learn something.
